Client Survey

Learning-Focused is conducting a short and long term client study in order to gather information about what is working, what is not working, and the extent to which Learning-Focused is being implemented in schools across the country. We would like each district/school that has implemented Learning-Focused for at least 12 months and/or have assessment data documenting improvement. Learning-Focused will provide each school and district with a $200.00 product and services credit as an appreciation of your time.

Please: Only ONE survey per school, only ONE survey per district office department, and we request that the survey is completed by a Principal, Assistant Principal, Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Curriculum Director, or Professional Development Director.
