Can I purchase the software without training?

To ensure that Stride Walkthrough and the supporting strategies behind Stride Teacher Support and Monitoring Solutions are being used to their full potential, Learning-Focused does require training with a software purchase.  Ask a representative about our many training options.

How much do I have to pay for each individual license?

Nothing! Licenses are paid on a yearly per building basis with unlimited users per building.

I do not have an ipad, will Stride Walkthrough work on other devices?

Yes, although Stride Walkthrough is optimized to work with ipad, it is also compatible with any laptop, slate device, tablet, or computer with a fully functioning web browser so that teacher evaluations can be done with ease.

I do not have wireless internet access at my location. Will I be able to use Stride Walkthrough?

Yes, setting up Walkthroughs, meetings, etc. requires an Internet connection; however, actually doing a Walkthrough or classroom observation using the iPad (or other device) DOES NOT require the Internet. You can conduct your Classroom Monitoring Walkthroughs and return to your office or any area that has the Internet and then save the Teacher Evaluation data.

How much is Tech Support for Stride Walkthrough?

Free Toolbox support is provided through many options including Online Support Guides, Webinars, email, Phone Support, and Live Online Support Chats.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Learning-Focused Solutions, Inc. will accept returns of products within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a refund. Learning-Focused Solutions, Inc. will accept returns of products within 45 days of receipt of shipment for an exchange or store credit.

All products must be unopened, unused, and still in their plastic wrap.

Call 866-95-LEARN to arrange the return for a refund or exchange.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

Defective products will be exchanged for the same product only.
